2023 Radnor Hunt Concours d'Elegance

This Single guest ticket is for the welcome BBQ at Radnor Hunt Club on Friday Sept 8th at 6pm. Join us on the porch of the clubhouse and enjoy catering by JIMMY'S BBQ of Malvern with his homemade meats via their onsite smoker and wonderful sides. See the Thorncroft Mainstreamers perform at 6:45!

Event Date Sept 9 2023. STARTING AT RADNOR HUNT.

~The Rally is held rain or shine and begins at 8:00 AM, concluding with a catered lunch beginning around 12:00. (INCLUDES Full Continental Breakfast, Driver & Navigator Ticket, Catered Lunch and 2 Radnor Concours Rally Hats)
~End the rally with a wonderful includes a wonderful catered lunch at the Rally finish by La Locanda Ristorante .
~The event consists of a series of questions along with stops at various sponsors to collect a sealed envelope with a playing card. The cards are used for a poker hand to break ties.
~Trophies and prizes are awarded to both the driver and navigator of the winning cars in each class. (Prizes and Awards are issued during the Concours on Sunday) There are also sub-classes for marques that have at least 5 vehicles entered.
~Other awards include The Most Intriguing (or, What The Heck Was I Thinking?), awarded to the most interesting vehicle, which could be a 1912 Normal, or a topless car driven even if it rains.

This is for an additional passenger for the Road Rally, this should be used for each person in the vehicle beyond the driver & navigator. This entitles you to the Rally Luncheon at La Locanda.

Saturday, September 9th. From 6:00 PM to 11 PM. The evening will begin at 6:00 PM Join us for our annual Gala, featuring a sit-down dinner, dancing, outdoor lounge.

Black Tie, Hunting Scarlets and Equestrian Formal Wear suggested.

The VIP Luncheon is a sumptuous catered buffet lunch by La Locanda of Newtown Square in the Radnor Hunt clubhouse plenty of fantastic foods and a great view of the showfield.

VIP TICKETS ARE LIMITED AND SALES WILL LIKELY CLOSE WEEKS PRIOR TO EVENT DATE.

Admission and parking for the DRIVER of the vehicle only. This includes admission to the event, a show poster, and show program. Rain or shine! Additional Passengers must purchase a General Admission or "MotorSport Park Additional Passenger" ticket.

Each additional passenger is $80.00 for MotorSport Park. This is equivalent to a General Admission ticket.
